I/we fully understand and acknowledge that:

a.) There are risks and dangers associated with participation in motorsport events and activities which could result in:
bodily injury, partial and/or total disability, paralysis, and death.

b.) The social and economic losses and/or damage, which could result from those risks and dangers described above,
could be severe,

c.) These risks and dangers may be caused by the action, inaction or negligence of the participant or the action, inaction or negligence of others.

d.) There may be other risks not known to us or are not reasonably foreseeable at this time.

3. I/we accept and assume such risks and responsibility for the losses and/or damages following such injury, disability, paralysis or death, however caused and whether caused in whole or in part at this event.

4. We, the parents or guardians, do for the minor child and his/her heirs, executors, administrators, and assign release, waive, discharge, and relinquish any actions or causes of action for personal injury, death, or property damage that may arise from participating in the motorsport event or activities conducted by the promoter, participants, racing association, sanctioning organization or any subdivision thereof, track operator, track owner, officials, car owners, drivers, pit crews, any persons in any restricted area, promoters, sponsors, advertisers, owners, leasees of premises used to conduct the event and each of them, their officers, agents and employees all for the purposes herein referred to as “Releasees”, and agrees that under not circumstances will releasor or releasor’s heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns prosecute or present any claim for personal injury, death, or property damage arising from participating in any motorsport activities conducted by releasee, whether such personal injury, death, or property damage be caused by the negligence of releasee or otherwise.

5. On behalf of the participant and individual, the undersigned parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) for the minor participant
executes this Waiver and Release.

6. GENERAL NOTICE OF FILMING

Please be aware that this event is being filmed and photographed for the purpose of producing, publicizing and advertising on Television, YouTube, Social Media and related productions. People in attendance may also be filmed and or photographed.

By entering this premises, you are granting consent to be filmed and or photographed and for those recordings to be used in connection with the production, exploitation, advertising and any ancillary rights and productions related thereto in all media worldwide in perpetuity,

IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE FILMED PLEASE NOTIFY THE CREW AND WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ACCOMMODATE YOU.

I HEREBY ACCEPT THIS RISK AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS WHITE POST AUTO MUSEUM - VANCE TIERNEY, TWISTED AUTO RECYCLING – DAVID SCHWANDT, SHUSWAP AGRICULTURAL ASSOCIATION, AND THE CITY OF SALMON ARM, AND ALL PARTICIPATING ORGANIZATIONS, THEIR MEMBERS, AND VOLUNTEERS. I ALSO RELIEVE FROM ANY AND ALL PERSONAL AND INDIVIDUAL LIABILITY AND ANY PERSONS INVOLVE WITH OR RELATED TO ALL EVENT ACTIVITIES, IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF INJURY AND/OR DAMAGES INCURRED TO ME AND/OR MY PROPERTY BY ATTENDING THIS EVENT.

I/WE HAVE READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE.
